To ensure quality of work and excellence in customer service we begin by selecting individuals with quality character and a passion for their craft. New stylists begin in our New Team program and receive two years of advanced training in cutting, coloring and customer service before being promoted to our senior floor. Our senior staff continues their inspiration by attending classes in new trends and technique.

Our Spa technicians are simply the finest in Tampa Bay. We approach spa services with a wellness and physical benefit in mind as well as a beauty service. Although a visit may be for pampering and relaxation, J.Con's desire is to have you leave with lasting results from your visit.

It is my sincere belief that God gives each person their special talents and that all blessings are from Him. It is a blessing to be given the opportunity to operate this salon/spa and to be involved in fostering the talents of each staff member placed here. You can be certain that each staff member at J.CON is continually encouraged to strive for excellence. Two factors which were our focus at J.CON's inception in 1978 are more important than ever... quality of work and client experience.

To maintain the highest level of service, our staff continually attends classes and seminars covering the full spectrum of salon training, from new trends and fashion releases to the latest in techniques, applications and products.

It is my daily desire for each guest and staff member to enjoy their time spent at J.CON and to enjoy each other. I'm crazy about each member here and believe J.CON has attracted the finest, friendliest people who are most talented in their craft... a winning combination that ensures you the ultimate benefit of quality work and an enjoyable visit.

Our facility was also designed to maximize your experience. Casual cafe table waiting area, relaxing treatment rooms in our spa area, spacious hair styling stations, more fun than you can imagine at our natural nail bar and many windows bring the beauty of outdoors into your salon and spa visit.
